Wadowice is a town in Southern Poland, 50 km from Krakow. Wadowice is best known for being the birthplace of Pope John Paul II.

We will see places directly related to one of the greatest humans ever, Pope John Paul II. Take an opportunity to see the house where he was born, now turned into a museum which illustrates his life and work in Poland. After visiting the museum, you will see the parish church and take a walk on a John Paul II Square. You will also have time to try John Paul II’s favourite delicious cream-cakes.

During the way back we will take you to Kalwaria Zebrzydowska. This UNESCO World Heritage site comprises of a monastery complex of the Franciscans-Bernardines. This exceptional cultural monument set against the backdrop of natural scenery has attracted thousands of pilgrims from the very beginning.

During this trip, you will visit the monastery complex with the early baroque church and dozens of chapels spread around in a beautiful countryside scenery.
